2. i-Care Mini
   1. Radiology services (X-ray and Ultrasound)

   3. Hospitalization (general ward) + feeding once a day
   4. Eye tests (visual acuity and chronometry ) only
   5. Primary dental care (consultation, pain relief and simple extraction only)
   6. Maternity care (ante-natal care + normal delivery)
   7. Minor surgery
3. i-Care Midi
   1. All i-Care Mini Plan Features
   2. Eye tests (visual acuity and chronometry) and Lenses Only (excluding frames
   3. Primary Dental care (To include drilling & filling of amalgam)
   4. Hospitalization (semi-private ward) + feeding once a day
   5. Maternity care (ante-natal care + normal delivery including CS)
   6. Specialist consultation only
   7. Intermediate Surgery

      • Access to a fitness centre
      • Participation in Wetlands Health Retreats and seminars
   5. Access to home based professional healthcare services (twice every quarter)
   6. Routine Annual medical check-ups
2. Sapphire Plus
   1. All Sapphire plan features
   2. Cancer screening
      • Mammogram
      • Pap Smear
      • PSA
   3. Annual Comprehensive Screening abroad from second year of membership (for principal beneficiary only)

Community Plans

Community-Based Health Insurance Scheme (CBHIS) is a health financing scheme, covering any not-for-profit insurance scheme that is aimed primarily at the informal sector and formed on the basis of an ethic of mutual aid and the collective pooling of health risks, the insured participate in its management. TISHIP
